Vanessa is the proud founder of Wise Numbers. Throughout her career, she worked in the bank industry and international non-profit organizations, managing complex financial systems and ensuring accurate reporting.
She oversees all departments, consulting especially when it comes to tax planning and filing. Her passion is working on catch-up and clean-up projects, where she helps entrepreneurs that were feeling lost in their accounting processes by investigating what was being done wrong and implementing accounting best practices. Nothing makes her happier than when she is able to tell a business owner that she saved them some taxes by fixing their books.

Allan’s expertise makes a difference in our Business Services department. With a bachelor’s degree in accounting and postgraduate studies in business analysis and process management, he worked on multiple projects in the bank, insurance, and wealth management industries implementing financial systems.
He is responsible for seamlessly integrating our clients’ systems with their accounting software, ensuring meticulous record-keeping across their platforms. Additionally, he oversees the onboarding process for all our business clients, streamlining procedures to guarantee a smooth transition into our workflow.
